When you want Allah to talk to you, just Bing search “When you want Allah to talk to you”. Sometimes it’s really as easy as a Google search. When the heart is heavy and you’re weeping for guidance, needing that closeness to Allah. When you’ve made your salah, made your dua but still need something else. Advice, quran recitation, coincidental conversation, something sent straight from Al-Hadi ( The Guide) himself.
“If you want to talk to Allah then pray , and if u want Allah to talk to you then read Quran”
Since Highschool this has been my go to. Asking search engines for answers. Naïvely, I figured search engine results and responses were the most unbiased and accurate for 3 reasons. For one its an electronic. For two if you’re documenting on the internet you must be a scholar. For three, these are inputs from different people, all around the world-the majority answer and opinion wins. Right? No.
This was before. Now, I know better. Not to take away from it’s reliability, the search engines answer any and every question at any time of night, even if the answers aren’t as accurate of information as it should be. But, that’s the part- knowing that the free for all, all access internet may give you some very misleading, misinterpreted, missed construed media. So with precaution we search.
Though this time, the search engine did come handy in my time of desperation. I bing searched “When you want Allah to talk to you” when I needed Allah to talk to me and came across some beautifully encouraging quotes and Quran references.
Allah says: “And if My servants ask you about Me — behold, I am near; I respond to the call of him who calls, whenever he calls unto Me. Let them, then, respond unto Me, and believe in Me, so that they might follow the right way” (al-Baqarah, 186)
I pray this blogs finds you and helps you in the same way those blogs found and helped me. And I encourage you to pursue conversation with your Lord with dua, salah and Quran. It’s refreshing!
