The beauty business gets real when the dual relationship between Mia and Mel gets tested by a blemish in their bankroll leading one of the top beauty moguls to present the two besties a break from their financial fringe. On the table there’s an offers of 1 million dollars for the what seemed to be flourishing company. The film stars Tiffany HadishRose Byrne and Salma Hayek who all poss Bossy energy and tendency!

Eventually getting herself two Primetime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in year 2009 and 2010, Two Golden Globe nominations for Best Actress- Series, Miniseries or Televiosion Film in 2008 and 2010 for her Ellen Parsons character in the thriller series Damages.

The actress is now 53 years young and still as stunning as ever!
