“King of the North” joins the Marvel Universe 2020. Actor Kit Harrington who is most recognized as Jon Sno, is set to star in The Eternals movie. The marvel update was announced by Marvels multi-title Kevin Feige at the D23 Expo.

The D23 conference has made the details of Marvels’ coming Phase 4 clearer. New superheroes are amongst us after Avengers: End Game closed out the final chapters of our recognized and beloved legends like Iron Man, Captain America, and the recent loss of the universe, Spider-Man.

With many of the marvel universe missing, the studios must get strategic with planning the next greats that are coming. The D23 announcement of the Game of The Thrones star Kit Harrington settles some of the grief.

Harrington is slotted to play the non eternal Dan Whitman Aka Black Knight. Kit will be working alongside Angelina Jolie, Kumail Nanjani, Salma Hayek and others who took the stage at the Disney conference in Anaheim, California.

The Eternals is a Jack Kirby 1976 classic. The superhero group is a race of ancient human beings created a million years ago by cosmic entities known as The Celestials.

Chloë Zhao will be directing this coming group of superheroes, Mathew and Ryan Firpo take the pen to write while Kevin Feige produces.

The expected release dates November 2020.
